I am receiving an error “This student does not exist.”

When you are trying to add your child to your account online, the information must match exactly what we were provided by your child’s organization.

If the information does not match exactly, you will receive this error.

You can try using different variations of your child’s name, such as: Their full legal name, their nickname, or other variations.

You’ll also want to make sure that you are selecting your child’s correct teacher from the dropdown list.
