What is the process?
1. Select a date and time for your photos.
2. Pay to reserve your spot. This is a non-refundable payment to reserve your spot.
3. Take your photos.
4. Within 5 days of your photos, we’ll provide a gallery for you to review.
5. Choose & download your images. You can purchase other prints or products from your private gallery.
Where do you take portraits? What locations are available?
We have availability this season in Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma. You are welcome to take your photos in the city convenient for you. The location available for each city is different and is displayed when you are selecting the dates and times.
Here are some suggestions:
Phoenix – East Valley
Convenient if you reside in:
Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Apache Junction, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Superior, Queen Creek, Carefree, Cave Creek, Gilbert.
Phoenix – West Valley
Convenient if you reside in:
Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Tonopah, Avondale, Goodyear, El Mirage, Wickenburg, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, Youngtown, Buckeye.
Tucson & Surrounding Areas
Convenient if you reside in:
Tucson, Vail, Benson, Rio Rico, Sahuarita.
Yuma & Surrounding Areas
Convenient if you reside in:
Yuma, Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, or Winterhaven, CA.
If you reside in:
Florence, Coolidge, Casa Grande, Eloy, Gila Bend, Picacho or other areas, you might consider both Phoenix or Tucson areas.
How much does it cost?
Each 30 minute session is $295.
Your $295 payment covers the session fee to reserve your spot and also includes 10 edited digital downloads.
Additional products are available at an additional cost when you view your gallery.
You’ll receive a link to view and download your images within 5 business days of your session.
What package options are available?
We have only one simple package.
The non-refundable booking fee includes 10 edited digital downloads.
Prints & other products (such as holiday cards) are available ala carte in your private gallery.
How can I book a session?
All our family portraits are done by appointment. Click on your city above to begin the booking process.
Where will the photos be taken?
When you book your session, the location of the photos will be displayed. Most outdoor photos are taken at public parks. We have different locations depending on the location you are in/wish to have them taken.
How long is the photo session?
Each photo session is a strict 30 minutes.
To be courteous to other families, we are not able to extend your time if we are not able to get all the photos you want.
You are able to purchase more than one timeslot if you need more than 30 minutes.
Am I limited to the amount of photos I can take?
You can take as many photos and combinations as you’d like. For example for a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter):

You don’t have to decide when you book your session, you can decide which pairings to photograph at the time of your session.
You are, however, limited to 30 minutes.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! You are welcome to bring any pets, as long as the shoot location does not have any restrictions. (Most public parks don’t)
Can I do multiple outfits?
You’re limited to 30 minutes. If you can change quickly, yes you can. However, we recommend coming dressed and ready for your photos.
Do you release the RAW files?
In your private gallery and included with your session fee, you are entitled to some edited digital downloads.
Your gallery will allow you to purchase ALL of the edited images.
We don’t sell the “non-edited RAW” files.
Can I buy this deal as a gift for my family/friend?
Yes, you can. However, when you purchase you’ll be required to select the date and time you want to take your photos.
Make sure you are checking to ensure that date and time will work for them.
The session fee is non-refundable.
What type of session is this good for?
We recommend using this session for photos consisting of 2-8 persons.
Can this deal be used for Engagement Photos?
It can be, however the time is limited, resulting is fewer photos available for you to choose from.
You are limited to 30 minutes for each slot.
If you are wanting to take a lot of photos, you may purchase more than one spot to increase your photographer time.
To be courteous to other families, we are not able to go over the 30 minute time allotment.
Can this be used for a Small Wedding?
It can be, however the time is limited, resulting is fewer photos available for you to choose from.
You are limited to 30 minutes for each slot.
If you are wanting to take a lot of photos, you may purchase more than one spot to increase your photographer time.
To be courteous to other families, we are not able to go over the 30 minute time allotment.
Do you have a Studio?
Some of our photo sessions are available outside and inside. It depends on the time of year, and the city of the photoshoot. Please click on your city above to see the different options you have for indoor or outdoor photos in your city.
Can you come to my home to photograph my family?
These family mini-sessions are not available to be done in your home or any private locations.
If you would like a private photography session, you can fill out the details here to speak with one of our staff members regarding a private session. Expect to pay $500 or more for a private session.
Will you travel to other areas?
If we have enough interest in a particular area, we may be able to schedule a date and time for mini-sessions at a discounted price. Please click on the “Other Areas” link above to provide more information to us.
You are also able to book a private session here. Expect to pay $500 or more for a private session. With a Private sessions you will be able to set a time and location that works for you.
How soon can the session take place?
The calendar is updated in real time. Click on your city/location above to see the available options.
Can my session be at more than one location?
We have pre-determined the location for all our mini-sessions.
If you would like to have your photos at multiple locations, you should consider booking a private session here. Private sessions you should expect to pay upwards of $500.
How many images from my session will I get to choose from?
You should expect 30-50 final edited images in your private gallery.
How long after my session can I order prints?
Family portrait galleries are usually available for 7 days after they are published. Please order your prints and download your images during this timeframe.
Can I substitute items? (Digital download for a print)
We do not allow substitutions.
Do I have to purchase any additional items?
Your session fee includes some edited digital downloads.
You are able to order additional prints, additional downloads, or other products directly from your private gallery link.
Can I scan, reproduce or print the images from my session?
Any images that your download or purchase you will have copyrights to.
Any other images are protected by copyright laws and you do not have the ability to print or scan/reproduce them.
How soon will I receive my prints/order?
Your gallery will be published and emailed to you within 5 days.
If you place a print order, your prints should be delivered within the timeframe you select at the time of ordering.
If you order a digital product, they are delivered instantly.
Where can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pickup as an option.
All orders will be delivered through the mail, or delivered electronically.
What is your cancellation policy?
All session fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable. You are securing a time and date in our calendar with a professional photographer.
You may reschedule ONE time, for a $100 rescheduling fee.
When you book your session, you select the location, date and time you want to have your photos taken. When you do this, that spot is immediately reserved for you with a professional photographer. We are not able to offer modifications or changes to the date and time, since we will most likely be unable to fill that spot with another booking. Please be sure that all parties can attend the date, time, and location you choose. The session fee is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and not able to be modified for any conflicts that may occur or come up at a later time. Please choose your time/date/location carefully.
If I am unable to make my appointment, may I transfer my fee to a different session/date?
All session fees are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-cancellable. You are securing a time and date in our calendar with a professional photographer.

What is your policy for weather cancellations?
All session fees are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-cancellable. You are securing a time and date in our calendar with a professional photographer.
If that date and time must be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will schedule a new date and time with you. If we are not able to agree on a time/date, your session fee will be fully refunded.
The decision if your session will be cancelled or not due to weather is solely up to your photographer.
What are the edits like?
Each photo we take and publish will have basic edits. (A crop, lighten/darken).
We don’t edit things like hair, smiles, or whiten teeth, etc.
If you are wanting more advanced edits, retouching may be available for purchase in your private gallery.
Do you have Spanish speaking photographers?
Yes!
Some of our staff are bi-lingual and you can request a spanish speaking photographer for your family photo.
Is there a limit to the number of people I bring?
We recommend only bringing 8 or less people. If you bring too many people, you are severely limited on the number of different photos that you will have time for.
We only provide for 30 minutes for each family. If you have a large family, you may consider booking two timeslots to give yourself more time to take the photos you want.
Do you offer retouching?
Yes. You may be able to purchase retouching in your private gallery. Retouching will apply to one photo. Retouching is an extra service and is not included in the complimentary image downloads.
Do you offer holiday cards and products?
Yes! When you receive your private gallery to view all the photos online, we have many print products and offerings, including cards and envelopes.
