The due by date is printed at the top of your order form. It can also be found on the checkout screen if you are ordering online. If your organization has a free shipping option, make sure to order by the due by date. If you order after this date, you may have to pay a shipping and late fee.
If you aren’t able to order by the due date–don’t worry! You can order past the deadline/after the deadline printed on the order form.
Please place your order by the deadline (printed on the top of your order form or seen online), to avoid shipping and late fees.
We keep your CURRENT school year photos on file, and you can order through the end of the CURRENT school year without any delays or excessive fees.
If you wish to order from older years, you can order up to 7 years prior, however there may be lengthy wait times and expensive costs to retrieve them from archives.
It’s possible your order will ship directly to you instead of the school if you are ordering after the deadline.
You also might be charged a shipping/late fee to process your order and send it to you. Fees are dependent on your order amount.
If photos are available in your online account, that means they are still available to purchase.
