I am receiving an error “This participant is not found in our database.”

When you are trying to add your photos to your account online, the information must match exactly what we were provided by your organization.

If the information does not match exactly, you will receive this error.

You can try using different variations of the participant’s name, such as: Their full legal name, their nickname, or other variations.

You’ll also want to make sure that you are selecting the correct teacher from the dropdown list.
