What is the status of my order? When will I receive my order?

If you ordered PRIOR to picture day, (or the pre-determined order by date on the printed flyer) your order will be delivered to your organization for disbursement.All orders are normally processed together in batches (unless you have expedited your order online). The estimated delivery date is an estimate based on your scheduled due date.
If you ordered after picture day, or after the predetermined order by date, your order may be mailed directly to you and you might be charged a late or shipping fee.Your order will stay in our system until the due date, even if you placed your order before the due date.
If your organization elects to change or extend the due date, your order may be delayed.

If you placed your order online, you were provided with an estimated delivery date. You also may have had the opportunity to upgrade and pay for expedited shipping.

We do not begin processing any orders until your organization submits & we receive all paper copy orders, and (if applicable) group photos are approved by your organization.

We are always improving our delivery systems and appreciate your patience while we make sure your order is perfect!

In all cases, you will receive a separate email when your order leaves our facility, that email will contain the specific delivery information.
